Our Maître d’hôtel and chef at home services: (recommended, 1 maître d’hôtel for 10 people)
- Recommended arrival for the chef and maître d’: 2 hours before meal time.
- Setting up the table and finishing the cooking: Preparation for a smooth running of the service.
- Welcoming guests by the butler: Cloakroom management.
- Aperitif service: Presentation and distribution of aperitif drinks.
- Wine service: Presentation and service of wines according to the chef’s dishes.
- Serving dishes: Serving dishes on the plate
