Our personalized service always includes the presence of a maître d’, thus ensuring a superior quality service and perfect execution of chef Michel Hélène’s dishes. This service is essential and billed in addition to the menu, at a rate of €50 per hour for a minimum duration of 4 hours (recommended: 1 maître d’ for 10 people). Our maîtres d’ have extensive experience in high-end catering, with over 20 years of expertise. Accustomed to serving official meals, some of them also benefit from international experience, allowing them to offer a service of exceptional quality, worthy of the greatest occasions.
