General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Reservation

To book our private dining services, a deposit of 30% of the total amount quoted is required.

2. Cancellation

In the event of a cancellation, the deposit paid will not be refunded.

3. Payment

The total amount quoted must be paid in full 2 days before the event, according to the agreed payment terms.

4. Changes

Any changes to the booking must be communicated and confirmed in writing at least one week before the scheduled date of the event.

5. Liability

Chef Michel Hélène cannot be held responsible for any food allergies not disclosed at the time of booking.

6. Force majeure

In the event of force majeure preventing the service from being provided, the client will be refunded the deposit paid.

7. Governing law

Any dispute relating to this agreement shall be governed by French law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts. By accepting this quote, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these general terms and conditions of sale.

1. Date and Time

The service will take place on the date and at the time agreed between the client and Chef Michel Hélène, as stated in the quote.

2. Location

The service will be provided at the client’s home, at the address specified in the quote.

3. Menu

The menu agreed between the client and Chef Michel Hélène will be prepared by the chef, in accordance with the details specified in the quote.

4. Staff

Chef Michel Hélène will handle all kitchen preparation. To ensure the smooth running of the service, the presence of a maître d’hôtel is mandatory. The maître d’hôtel plays an essential role in the culinary experience offered by Chef Michel Hélène, delivering a high-level service in keeping with the “restaurant at home” concept. Fees related to the maître d’hôtel must be paid directly to them on the day of the service.

5. Service Flow

The exact sequence of the service — including serving times, any breaks, and other relevant details — will be discussed and confirmed with the client prior to the event date.

Children’s Menu (under 12)


Yes. Chef Michel Hélène offers menus specially designed for children under 12, with simple, well-balanced dishes adapted to their tastes. In the spirit of culinary discovery, we often invite children to enjoy the same menu as the adults, allowing them to experience refined flavours and develop their gastronomic curiosity

Portions are, of course, reduced to suit their appetite, while maintaining the elegant presentation and quality ingredients that define the chef’s signature. Whether for a family meal or a special occasion, we ensure that the youngest guests also enjoy a memorable culinary experience in a warm and refined setting.

Confirm your menu with the chef

For optimal organisation, we recommend confirming your menu at least one week before the event. This allows Chef Michel Hélène and his team to plan every detail, select the freshest ingredients, and ensure the availability of your chosen products.

By confirming your choice in advance, you also give the chef the opportunity to suggest suitable alternatives if an ingredient is unavailable, while guaranteeing that your specific requests are taken into account. Can I make special requests?

The chef generally offers three different menus, each including several choices of starters, main courses, and desserts. This allows you to compose a meal that reflects your tastes, while remaining within the refined spirit that characterises his cuisine.

If you have a food allergy, intolerance, or any special request, we recommend informing us as early as possible. This will allow the chef to adjust his recipes, select the right ingredients, and ensure your meal is both delicious and perfectly safe.
